The college has installed an outdoor speaker system on several buildings to serve as an additional method of notification in the event of a serious emergency on campus. The speakers are intended to notify people out of doors.

 The college will perform a TEST of this system on Tuesday, November 18 at 1 p.m. to familiarize the college community with the sound of the speaker system and to evaluate its performance.

 You will hear a short beep, and then the following message repeated twice:

 “This is a test of the Emergency Loudspeaker System. This is only a test. In the event of a real emergency situation, you would receive instructions about where to go and what to do. Thank you.”
